30-day-money-back guarantee

Change of heart? Not 100% satisfied with your STEAKS® product? Got the wrong size and need to exchange for a different size? No worries! It happens and we want you to be 100% happy with your decision.

For in-stock items you have a 30-day money-back guarantee, meaning orders may be returned without explanation within 30 days of receipt.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s):

  1. Must be unused (unworn, unsoiled, unaltered and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it/them in. If the item(s) show traces of use the order cancellation can be invalidated.
  2. Must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  3. Must be in original condition in original packaging and with all tags attached
  4. Must have been purchased directly from steakswear.com. If you have purchased from a STEAKS® retail partner, please contact them to arrange your return or exchange.

 

Products excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Products on sale are considered final sale and, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
  • Gift Cards
  • Made to order and custom items: these items are made on-demand and to fit and are therefore excluded from the 30-day-money-back guarantee after they have gone into production or have been shipped.
  • Team uniforms: these items are custom designed, made on-demand and to fit and therefore are excluded from the 30-day-money-back guarantee after final approval for production has been given.

If your order was placed using a group order special coupon code, a cancellation or requested refund of one item of the order will result in the entire order being cancelled and refunded.

Individual items cannot be taken off the order during checkout or after the order has been placed and payment has been processed. They can, however, be exchanged for a different size.

Made to order and custom items can only be cancelled before they have gone into production. Production usually starts within 5 days of payment. If – during this time (after payment, before production) – you have a last-minute change of heart please contact steaks (at) steakswear.com with your order confirmation number. If production has already started a refund or exchange, unfortunately, cannot be granted.

Made to order and Custom orders that were made according to the information given by the customer are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please make sure that the sizing and padding options given are correct when placing your order!

STEAKS® will take responsibility for faults in production. If these occur, please contact steaks (at) steakswear.com.

As team uniforms are custom designs and made to fit they cannot be cancelled after their final approval for production as the order process starts within 24h after approval.

Team uniform orders that are made according to the information given by the customer are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please make sure that all the information given during the order process is correct! This includes uniform design and colours, product design, customization and amounts and measurements and sizes.

STEAKS® will take responsibility for faults in production. If these occur, please contact teamorders (at) steakswear.com.

Six-month product warranty

All our products have a six-month legal guarantee after the date of purchase from steakswear.com. During these six months STEAKS®, will take full responsibility for faulty products and repair or replace them free of charge. If repair or replacement is not possible you are also eligible for a refund or reduction of the purchase price. There is no guarantee for a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.

If you think you have a faulty product, please send your purchase date (order confirmation), a written explanation and pictures of the product to steaks (at) steakswear.com. This is needed before the item may be considered for repair, refund or replacement.

 

Cases that are not covered by the six-month guarantee:

  • Change of heart – exchanging one product for another: The buyer must take the description of the purchased item into account before requesting a refund or exchange. If the item matches the description by STEAKS® and the buyer is unsatisfied because they have had a change of heart and want a different product instead, STEAKS® is not responsible for a refund.
  • Mistreated products: if the customer does not follow the recommended care instructions for the products this may result in the products breaking. In this case STEAKS® is not responsible for a refund.
  • Made to order and custom orders that no longer fit: Made to order and Custom orders are not considered faulty if they are made according to the information given by the customer during the purchase. If the products no longer fit after a certain time period STEAKS® is not responsible for a refund. STEAKS® can only take responsibility for faults in production.
  • Changes in Team Uniforms: team uniforms that are made according to the information given by the customer during the purchase are not considered faulty. STEAKS® can only take responsibility for faults in production. If these occur, please contact teamorders (at) steakswear.com.

Returning or exchanging an order

When returning or exchanging an order please ensure the return order is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. If we receive the order damaged and non-saleable condition we cannot guarantee a full refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items that are sent for exchange will be sent by STEAKS® free of charge.

When returning an item please first send a message to steaks (at) steakswear.com and let us know if you will be returning the item or if you will be sending it to exchange for another item. Please remember to add the number of your order, which you will find in the order confirmation email.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 100€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping method for your protection and peace of mind.

Upon the arrival of the returned order, the cost will be refunded in full via Paypal. Please include Paypal details when returning the item(s).

For European customers: if you wish to be refunded via bank transfer please add your bank details.

Faulty products & complaints

If your purchase from steakswear.com dates back more than six months but no longer than one year and you think your product is faulty, please send the following to steaks (at) steakswear.com:

  • Your purchase date and order confirmation number
  •  A written explanation describing the perceived defect and when and how it occurred
  • Information on how often the product was in use during this time and if you have followed the care instructions correctly
  • Pictures of the product and the defect

There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.
