Refund & Exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from steakswear.com and for products entitled to refunds & exchange. If you have purchased from a STEAKS retail partner or sales athlete, they must arrange your return or exchange.

If on receipt of your product you are uncertain about your purchase, please keep your item in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.

All returns for refund or exchange should be both unwashed and unworn. Please ensure the return order is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. The shipping costs of the returning product are to be paid by the customer. Items that are sent for exchange will be sent free of charge.

All in-stock and back ordered items are entitled to be refunded or returned in case of a complaint after the 14 day order cancellation period.

If an item is unsatisfactory, please contact steaks (at) steakswear.com with a written explanation before sending it back. This is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. The buyer must take the description of the item into account before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for a refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. Items can only be refunded if they have not been used and/or have no traces of use. If you are within the 14 days cancellation period our cancellation policy applies.

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds if they are made according to the information given by the customer. Please make sure that the measurements given are correct! STEAKS® will take responsibility for faults in production. If these occur, please contact steaks (at) steakswear.com. Items can only be refunded if they have not been used and/or have no traces of use.

STEAKS® will take responsibility for faulty products. If you have purchased directly from steakswear.com and think your product is faulty, please send a written explanation and pictures of the product to steaks (at) steakswear.com. If you have purchased from a different seller, please contact them first with a written explanation and pictures. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.
