Order Process Time and Shipping Dates

We currently ship orders once a week on Mondays during our office hours 9:00 - 18:00 (EET). Depending on when you order, your orders will ship 1-5 business days after you order. All orders placed between Mondays after 14:00 (EET) to Sundays (EET) will be shipped the following Monday. This does not include the time spent in transit!

Transit time will depend on your location and the selected carrier. All orders are shipped from Tampere, Finland, and delivery time is based on shipping method and location. During new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time. Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

The total distance between us and you
Whether your parcel is a Domestic (Finland), Continental (EU) or International (everywhere else) shipment
What delivery method you select

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we have received your order. If you have a problem processing your online payment or are unsure if it was successful, please message steaks@steakswear.com, as your order will not be processed if payment is not received.

As soon as your order is shipped, your selected courier service will send an email which includes the tracking number (if applicable).

We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees will be clearly shown alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

As we do not charge VAT on orders placed outside the EU, you can purchase our products for 24% less than EU citizens. This should be sufficient to pay customs broker fees, which may apply and must be paid by the customers. These are costs AUAU Athletics® cannot influence.

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number. All shipping fees will be shown alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

Shipping Service Description

Domestic (Finland)

Matkahuolto Lähellä Paketti: 1-2 Business Days
Delivery days are Monday to Friday. Shipping includes a tracking number. The package is delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto service point. The recipient gets a delivery note by text message. Pick-up time is 7 days, after which the delivery will be returned to the sender.
(Finnish): Paketti toimitetaan lähimpään Matkuhuollon palvelupisteeseen Vastaanottaja saa saapumisilmoituksen tekstiviestillä. Lähetyksiä säilytetään 7 päivää. Noutamatta jääneet paketit palautetaan lähettäjälle

Continental (EU)

Posti Pick Up (Denmark & Sweden): 2-4 Business Days
Available only in Denmark & Sweden. Delivery days are Monday to Friday. Delivery to the nearest access point. Shipment is kept available for pick-up for 14 days. Tracking and delivery notes included.
UPS Access Point Pickup: 3-8 Business Days
Delivery days are Monday to Friday. Includes a tracking number (sent by UPS upon dispatch). UPS will deliver to the nearest access point for pick up.
UPS Standard: 3-8 Business Days
Delivery days are Monday to Friday. Includes Door to Door service and tracking number (sent by UPS upon dispatch). The courier will not contact the recipient before delivery. UPS will deliver to the nearest access point if the shipment cannot be delivered. UPS doesn’t deliver to a P.O. Box address.
UPS Express Saver: 1-2 Business Days
Delivery days are Monday to Friday. Includes Door to Door service and tracking number (sent by UPS upon dispatch). The courier will not contact the recipient before delivery. UPS may also leave the parcel in a secure place. UPS doesn’t deliver to a P.O. Box address. UPS will deliver to the nearest access point if the shipment cannot be delivered.

Continental (Non-EU)
