  • within the 30-day-money-back guarantee
  • within the Six-month product warranty
  • that have been identified as faulty (please review the process)

This excludes products purchased on sale as well as digital products such as gift cards. Before returning or exchanging Team Uniforms please review the individual cancellation, refund & exchange policy of Team Uniforms.

Start the return or exchange process

Before shipping an item for return or exchange, please first send a message to and let us know if you will be returning the item or if you will be sending it to exchange for another item. Please remember to add the number of your order, which you will find in the order confirmation email.

Packaging and return shipping

When returning or exchanging an order please ensure the return order is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. If we receive the order in a damaged and non-saleable condition we cannot guarantee a full refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 If you are shipping an item over 100€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping method for your protection and peace of mind.


Free shipping of exchange products

As soon as we have received the products you would like to exchange we will send out the new items free of charge.


Payment refund in case of returns

Upon the arrival of the returned order, the cost will be refunded in full via Paypal. Please include Paypal details when returning the item(s).

For European customers: if you wish to be refunded via bank transfer please add your bank details.
